Now open the first Saturday of each month from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on the second Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We are currently accepting new patients with all ages welcomed - Childen and Adults. We offer ADOT physicals! Affordable Rates Available for Cash Patients. We also accept most insurance plans. 

Sycamore Avenue Medical Center Pllc. is a private family practice in Kingman Arizona that was founded in February of 2017 by Doctor Ruth Elaine Fowler DNP, FNP-BC. We are open Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Saturdays by Appointment.
