More than 30 years of printing & publishing in Mohave County!

The Standard newspaper is Mohave County's only family owned and operated newspaper. The Standard began publishing in 1990 under the direction of Founder and Publisher, Don Wanner. Originally named the Kingman Standard  the weekly newspaper grew into Mohave County's only county wide newspaper with news and distribution county wide within its first year of publication.

Matthew Wanner and Pam Wanner continue to publish the 30 year old newspaper from their longtime location in Historic Downtown Kingman. Many things have changed over the last three decades and the paper now publishes local news over a multi-platform including the original print edition, the internet, Facebook, Twitter and their new Everything Kingman AZ mobile app.
